Refuel Me Leadership Development Session focuses on the importance of blending faith and mental health. As a leader, you may find yourself having difficulty managing life outside of the church. You may often feel misunderstood, emotionally and physically drained, experiencing difficulty with balance, lacking motivation, constantly giving to others while you need emotional support. The Refuel Me Leadership Development Session will push the importance of leaders being emotionally self-aware and taking time to process what they need. This session will create a space of vulnerability, candid conversation for leaders, and include evidence-based mental health interventions.
